Terms & Conditions
Full legal terms will be finalized before public launch. The following Version 1.1 rental policies apply to all bookings:
Hookah Rentals
- Standard Hookah: $25/hour
- Large Hookah: $40/hour
- High Roller Hookah: $200/hour
Rental Duration
One rental duration applies to the entire order. Rentals are available in whole-hour increments from 2 to 8 hours only.
Overnight, 12-hour, 24-hour, weekend, and multi-day rentals are not offered at this time.
Security Deposit
$100 security deposit for Standard and Large hookah orders.
$250 security deposit when any High Roller hookah is included.
Add-ons
Glass Bowl: $20 · Heat Management Device (HMD): $15 · Disposable Mouthpieces: $15. Add-ons do not change your security deposit tier.
Included Items
Rentals include professionally cleaned hookah equipment only. Tobacco, shisha, coals, foil, and other consumables are not included.
Delivery
One delivery fee is charged per order.
- Greater Las Vegas: $25 delivery · 6h minimum notice
- Boulder City: $50 delivery · 6h minimum notice
- Laughlin: $100 delivery · 24h minimum notice
Rush Requests
If your requested delivery time is less than 6 hours away, your order becomes a Rush Request.
Rush fees are charged in addition to the standard delivery fee.
Your payment is authorized while an administrator reviews your request. You have up to 15 minutes for approval. If approved, the booking is confirmed and the rush fee is non-refundable. If declined, the authorization is released and inventory becomes available again.
